As the solo designer tasked with elevating the Customer Support Day social content, my role didn’t just involve tweaking the designs, but managing social accounts, replies and comments, and tracking ads and data. My primary goal: take the existing social presence from “corporate appreciation” to something that implied “community celebration.”
When our team launched Customer Support Day across all social channels in 2023, the tone was polished but static. Corporate and informative. Despite a rather cohesive visual branding, the content did very little for engagement.
The 2025 approach makes a clear switch: brighter palettes, trending meme formats, and relatable quotes and prompts with an inviting tone.
