Students taking The Institute’s courses use a tracker online to manage how far along they are in their journey to obtaining a designation. The old Progress Tracker was visually jarring and designed in a complex, dated style. In collaboration with the Director or Marketing, we discussed using accessible colors, fresh branding, and an intuitive visualization of how a student would like to track their journey.

After the launch of the new Progress Tracker, there was a 20% decrease in customer service calls, 6% increase in web sales, and a dramatic increase in add-to-cart dollars.
